From Parents:

From Children (with consent):

  • Voice recordings (only during educational exercises and if enabled)

Automatically Collected:

  • App version
  • Language and country (based on settings)
  • Session duration and usage data

4. How We Use the Information
We use collected data to:

  • Provide a personalized educational experience
  • Improve our services and content
  • Process payments (for premium features)
  • Communicate updates, reports, and reminders
  • Ensure child safety and compliance with regulations

We do not sell, rent, or share children’s personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

  • Voice recordings are stored for a maximum of 15 years (unless earlier deletion is requested)
  • Parents can delete their or their child’s data anytime by contacting info@monkyland.ai or using in-app settings (under Parental Gate)

As a parent, you have the right to:

  • Request access to data we hold about your child
  • Request corrections or deletion of personal information
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Manage communication preferences
  • Disable voice recordings and push notifications

Requests can be made via email or directly through the app settings (Parental Gate).

We apply technical and organizational measures to keep your and your child’s data safe:

  • Encrypted communications (HTTPS)
  • Secure cloud storage
  • Restricted access only to authorized personnel
  • No third-party ads or behavioral tracking

While no system is 100% secure, we continuously monitor and update our security practices.

If you are located outside the country where our servers are based, please note that your data may be transferred and processed internationally. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable legal standards.
