3. LICENSE TO USE
MonkyLand grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the app for personal and educational purposes. This license does not allow:

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for unused periods.
